And unfortunately, I didn't keep up with any more updates. I had tried to reply to other people's comments in the past, but when I would hit submit, it wouldn't go through for some reason. But anyway, to give you an update.... I still oil pull and a few things that I've noticed for myself, which everyone is different, is that my teeth got a wee bit whiter, but not like super white. I've also noticed that my mouth feels much cleaner throughout the day. And a big plus for me, is that when I used to accidentally bite my lip while eating, it could be the smallest cut, and it would always eventually get worse each day, and would take forever for the cut in my mouth to fully heal. But whenever I accidentally bite the inside of my lip, I just oil pull the next morning and it ends up healing faster and doesn't even get worse. Also, I do have a friend, who I introduced this to, and she decided to try it, and she had mouth sores from some medication that she was taking for cancer, and the 75% of the mouth sores went away after only one time oil pulling. So it definitely has a lot of great benefits for overall oral hygiene. So don't be afraid to try it, it's awesome!!
